Returns & Exchanges
BudEx ships perishable products and thus cannot accept returns or exchanges. Due to variations in user habits, tolerance and storage methods, BudEx does not offer refunds except in the case of defective merchandise from manufacturers or items damaged in shipping (see above). However, if you are not satisfied with a BudEx product or have any quality concerns about a purchased item, please contact us and we’ll try our best to leave you satisfied.
Refunds (if applicable)
Generally speaking, we do not offer refunds in most scenarios. However, we are very reasonable and will always work with you to find a solution that we can both be happy with. Any refunds would be issued on a case-by-case to protect our business while ensuring customer satisfaction.
If you are unsatisfied with your product, please contact our sales team. We will need you to send your product back so if you try it and you don't like it, don't consume any more of it. To reimburse you for the product, we need to get product back. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover return shipping costs should you choose to send your product back to us. If your product is defective or incorrect, please take a photo of it and e-mail it to us and we will take it from there.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
